The CYBERLYNK device is a purpose-built hardware integration device designed to securely connect machines and control systems across locations during pre-production testing.
It enables controlled, fully end-to-end encrypted connectivity between systems without requiring software installation, IP reconfiguration, or changes to existing machine or site networks.
The CYBERLYNK solution is designed with security embedded into both the device and cloud architecture.
All connections between CYBERLYNK devices are fully end-to-end encrypted, supporting both point-to-point and point-to-multipoint connectivity across distributed environments.
Each CYBERLYNK device connects to the CYBERLYNK Cloud, where secure connectivity is managed through a Virtual Routing Concentrator (VRC).
A dedicated VRC is assigned per customer project, providing an isolated, controlled routing environment for connected devices and systems.
CYBERLYNK devices are pre-configured for each customer and specific project prior to deployment.
This ensures that each project operates within its own secure, isolated environment, without requiring manual configuration or changes to existing machine or site networks.

CYBERLYNK has been successfully deployed across complex pharmaceutical manufacturing projects involving MES, SCADA, Track & Trace, and multi-vendor production lines. By shifting integration validation earlier in the project lifecycle, customers achieve faster production readiness, reduced risk during SAT, and greater confidence that systems will perform as expected from day one.
The result is not just faster commissioning — but a more predictable, transparent, and resilient approach to delivering modern manufacturing systems.
No. Although, CYBERLYNK is a secure device, it does not need to connect your live production systems. As with other customers to date, CYBERLYNK can connect to an offline copy of your software control system(s) (e.g. SCADA/MES/PCS) and the respective machines in vendor FAT location(s).
If an offline copy does not already exist, CYBERLYNK can also support the creation of one as part of the service.
CYBERLYNK is fully end-to-end encrypted, ensuring secure point-to-point, and point-to-multipoint connections. CYBERLYNK units are pre-configured to each customer’s project, ensuring only authorized connections are established. In addition, CYBERLYNK does not collect any data.
No, all IP addresses on the machines or control systems (SCADA/MES/PCS, etc.) can remain unchanged. Also, no extra software is required to use CYBERLYNK.
CYBERLYNK is designed with simplicity in mind, making it easy for users to adopt without changes to existing systems.
CYBERLYNK supports any machine or system with an Ethernet interface.
This includes industrial machines and software control systems such as PLCs, HMIs, SCADA systems, and other Ethernet-based automation or control platforms. If systems communicate over Ethernet, CYBERLYNK can be utilised to support early integration, testing, and validation.
